City of Puyallup is located about five miles east of Tacoma. Puyallup means "the generous people" and is home to Puyallup Fair, the largest fair in Washington. Generous Puyallup real estate offers multiple options for housing in the valley, in downtown, on the hill, or by the river or lake.

But the most attractive landmark in Puyallup is the Puyallup Fairgrounds, which hosts the annual largest single attraction in the Washington state. It is one of the ten largest fairs in the country. It runs for 2 weeks in September and 1 weekend in April (Spring Fair). Besides the main fair Fairgrounds hold multiple events, parades, competitions during the year.
